Reiki: I am an Usui & Karuna Reiki Master Teacher. Reiki is one of the most well-known systems of energy work. There are many different systems of Reiki, and I am at the top level and teach/certify people in those modalities in two systems, Usui & Kuruna.

Access Bars: I am also an Access Bars Facilitator. Access bars is a modality where all work is done physically on different points of the head. Each spot where energy is placed on the head correlates with different thought process we have. For example, thoughts around; money, control. Self-awareness, joy etc.… As I work on these points of contact, I can feel when the loops of subconscious thoughts slow down. Once we slow down these endless loops and beliefs that do not serve us, we have a fresh start to perceive and change old patterns and beliefs.

Energy work Overview: There are countless modalities of energy work. To give you a basic understanding energy works is used to balance your positive and negative energy. Positive and negative energy both have their place.

Negative energy is associated with negative feelings and physically things moving to slow or stagnant, but it can also keep you feeling calm and grounded. Positive energy, associated with positive feelings can make you flighty or anything in your physical body that moves too fast if out of balance.

When doing energywork we balance these energies so you feel grounded, efficient, motivated, have clarity, and remove blockages you have, subconsciously or consciously, that may be keeping you locked in patterns of behavior that do not serve you.

Energy practitioners can bring themselves into certain vibrations or call upon spiritual helpers such as angels, guides, elementals, goddesses to bring in their vibration. When a high vibration is brought in during the healing you can, on a spiritual level, choose to match that vibration. When you match this high vibration everything that is not serving you on a lower vibration cannot exist and as I call it “the fever breaks”. After the healing you will have clarity about how those things do not serve you and you can choose to change with more ease.
