We are all at different starting points and have an idea of what success means to us, however nothing in life is a one-time fix. It takes time on the healing journey to understand ourselves and change. Because of this nothing can be guaranteed. You will however feel a change with every session. Maybe a one-time tune up every so often is all you will need, maybe more, that is for you to decide but you will leave each service with a new level of understanding and healing. 

In person:

Just arrive with an open heart and mind.

Online:

I recommend a dedicated journal and pen. After that everything is about setting the mood. Here are some things you want to take into account

• Dim lighting
• Soft Music
• Tea or Water
• Incense or candle
• Open mind
• Silence Phone

After a session you will feel more confident, grounded and motivated. It is important to remember you have now opened yourself up to spirit for guidance and healing. 

Guidance- pay attention to things that trigger emotions, goosebumps, songs, animals or things people say that stand out. Those are happening to guide you.

Healing - Drink plenty or water, spend time in solitude and quiet contemplation. Be slow to share with others until you have decided for yourself how you feel. Most importantly, understand that emotions will be heightened at this time. Your triggers are your answers so instead of letting things bother you ask yourself, what is this showing me? Why am I so upset by this? Where did this play out in my past?

This answer varies based on where you start and where you want to go. Here is a good starting point.

Devine Alchemy- 

The recommendation will be discussed at the end of your appointment. It will be based on what this healing reveals. If you are on your healing journey and feel you need more support once per month is a great target. Once per month is also a great option if you value a monthly reset and check in. If you don't want to come as often quarterly is always a nice option. 

Channeled Reading-

Channeled readings do not usually need to be stacked. You are usually called for a reading, receive the insight and act upon the information given. This can be booked on a "need to know" basis.

Coaching- 

Six sessions twice a month are required to start. Reach out to me through the "contact us" page to begin the journey.
