Guidance- pay attention to things that trigger emotions, goosebumps, songs, animals or things people say that stand out. Those are happening to guide you.
Healing - Drink plenty or water, spend time in solitude and quiet contemplation. Be slow to share with others until you have decided for yourself how you feel. Most importantly, understand that emotions will be heightened at this time. Your triggers are your answers so instead of letting things bother you ask yourself, what is this showing me? Why am I so upset by this? Where did this play out in my past?
